I moved into Eastridge last October. The rent is affordable, the maintenance is efficient, and the staff are friendly. The apartments are clean and redecorated every time a new tenant moves in. The only complaints I have are the laundry rooms-I wish the washers and dryers were in the units. Also, the blinds are pretty shoddy and break easily. Nevertheless, I have enjoyed living here thus far. I like the pools, the grounds are very idyllic, and it is enjoyable to grill outside.
