We've lived here for just over a year now and the view from our place overlooks a nice green lawn. The floorplan makes great use of space. The management are very friendly. We've had a few things break, disposal, air conditioner, etc, but maintenance takes care of it very quickly.
The only complaint I would have is that we never realized how thin the walls were until we had some noisy neighbors move in. At 3am, we here loud wall shaking bass, laughter, cursing, coughing (probably pot smokers over there), about every other night (including weeknights when we have work in the morning.) The management has been very responsive to this however and the issues have been at least reduced.
Overall, we love this place. Its the best place I've ever lived in. I'd just recommend scoping out that your neighbors aren't inconsiderate morons first.

Amazing... my spouse & I feel the same way. Absolutely outstanding staff, well kept grounds but just enough idiots to keep it from being perfect. Maybe the office staff could put out a memo and remind everyone that music systems with sub-woofers (and/or excessive bass) as well as home theater systems are not allowed. It's in our lease contracts but I guess some folks just don't read what they sign. Or perhaps we can switch some of our neighbors around so those of us that work instead of party for a living can live around one another? ttyl, iBob

I dont mind the music unless its after 10pm on a weekday. Loud music on the weekends doesnt bother me. Only complaint I have is about bikes not being allowed under the stairs. Ive had 2 bikes stolen since living here, and they were on the bike rack. Not enough space in my apartment to keep it inside. The staff is very friendly and fun to be around. Expecially Kristin(krista)?
