My wife and I have lived here almost 1 year, in that time we have had some really great neighbors and some really bad ones. For the most part bad neighbors don't care about anyone other than themselves, however they signed the same lease agreement we did and are bound to the rules & regulations therein. For example, if your neighbor listens to music on a system that uses "sub-woofers" or excessive low bass and it dispupts or disturbs others in adjacent apartments (or outside) then they are in direct violation of rule #4 of Eastridge's rules & regs. All you need to do is notify the staff and let them handle it. They're a great staff, give them the opportunity and I'll bet they can solve your problem.
Aside from a few inconsiderate neighbors Eastridge is a pretty nice place. The apts are freshly painted & cleaned before move-in. The grounds are well cared for and picked up. The laundry and pool(s) are always clean and operational. And the staff is friendly and helpful.... especially those ladies in the office!

It's quite easy to list the rule & number as we kept out lease contract on top of the fridge..... we hadn't lived in an apartment in over 20 years so we kept it handy to look at. I wanted to be respectful of my neighbors rights as well as making sure I was following the rules that I agreed to by signing the lease contract. Trust me, I'm not one of the wonderful ladies from the office. We were former tenents of apts #'s 1150 & 2005..... :)
