Mediocre with caveats (a few good but mostly bad)

The only thing notable about this place is the fact that the office staff is never available! For example, for the last three days, the office staff has left early. On Wednesday afternoon and yesterday afternoon my husband tried picking up a package from the office and they had closed early. Today, I tried to pick up a package from the office whose posted hours are until 6pm M-F. At 5:30pm, they were already closed! This example is not a recent occurance. The office closes early more often than they stay until the posted hours. It is ridiculous!
Also, none of the apartments have washers and dryers or hookups for w/d. I have honestly lost $17.25 to the machines that they offer in the laundry rooms and I was told by the office staff that the renters "use the machines at their own cost." That is two weeks of laundry money lost to a stupid machine! There are only two laundry facilities and they tend to be tied up most of the weekend. Do not leave your clothes in there more than a few minutes past the timer or you may find it stacked on the counter (in a wet heap).
Also, the lack of kitchen space is a joke. Do not expect to have more than your microwave and coffee pot on the counter because the space just does not exist. And the bathroom is incredibly tiny, too.
The only notable thing here is that I have had great neighbors and that the complex stays quiet for the most part.
I am seriously considering moving though because of the first two items in this review. Since I have moved in late last summer I cannot rely on the office being there when they say they are. I know that they are not out "showing the property" because the golf cart is parked in the lobby, not out cruising the property.

I lived there for a year, moving only 3 months ago. One of the best things I like about Eastridge was the staff. I would agree that the office might get closed once a week early but not like what's posted here. The ladies in the office are pretty good folks to deal with, when we lost $$ in the laundry machines they deducted the loss from our rent payment at the end of the month. Eastridge is a cut above the rest, if you don't believe me read the reviews of the other near by complexes, of better yet brave a stroll thru them. If you move to a similar priced property in the hopes of finding better you will be greatly disappointed
