My husband and I really like the complex in general. It's kept up very nicely and we never have a problem with getting someone to come and fix any problems.

We always enjoy how quite the complex is when we walk around it but we were not smart though in picking the location of the apartment though. We chose one that was facing the shopping center that the complex hides behind. It makes it unbearable to sleep in the morning as the trucks delivering to the stores start as early as 4am some mornings. They bang over the speed bumps and the garbage truck that serves the center slams the garbage cans over and over again. This coupled with the rather poor construction of the buildings make it imposible to sleep in the bedroom past about 4am. The windows have gaps in them so I sometimes find bees in our apt and I have to stiff the holes with paper towel to keep the dust and rain out. I can hear my downstairs neighbor's alarm clock go off in the morning and the lighting next to the apt doors are not very good.

So in general it's the best complex I've lived in since even on a Fri or Sat night you don't hear parties but it would be much nicer if you choose an apt that has a better situation in the complex.

If you go explain things to Jaimie or Christine (ladies in the office) they will work with you to put you in an apt that works better for you. It might cost you a small "re-decorating" fee but to avoid the delivery trucks and be able to sleep past 4am might be worth it. I speak from experience... I moved a couple times during my stay.
