I just moved in and so far so good.

The office and maintenance staff are friendly and the apartment is nice.

It is nothing fancy, but it is a quite area, I feel safe and I like that it is not on the major street, instead it is behind a shopping complex.

Many stores are within walking distance and it is close to all the major freeways.

I have looked at a lot of places and this apartment was a great find! There is no gym on site, but Eastridge does give you a member ship to Pure Fitness as a replacement, for a one time fee of $50.

I think this is a great idea, so much better than an apartment gym.

The covered parking spaces are a tight fit, but there are enough open spaces (non covered) near my place, so I do not might parking out of my assigned spot.

The outside looks updated and the lawn is well maintained.

They water the grass a lot, and there is always water puddles on the side walk and the kitchen is outdated, these are my only issues after being here a week.
