Good choice for me

I was moving to the valley from the east coast, and used review sites like this to find out how apartment complexes really were. Eastridge seemed to give me the best feeling, and I turned out to be right. It was fairly quiet, everyone was friendly, and I never saw any big incidents. As far as the apartments go, they're not amazing, but mine was definitely adequate for what I needed. The only things I would have liked was a washer and dryer in my apartment, but the laundry room was just across the lawn, so that was fine. Also, a balcony or private patio would have been nice, but there is plenty of grassy areas outside the front door to use as well. When I was moving out, I was worried of how much I might get charged for any damages/wear and tear. But, I was happy to find out I am getting my full security deposit back! The only reason I moved is because I moved back to the east coast... otherwise, I most likely would have stayed there. So if you're looking for a nice, quiet apartment complex in Tempe, I would definitely recommend Eastridge.
