Best Place to live in Tempe/Mesa

I looked at virtually every apartment in the Tempe/Mesa area before deciding on Eastridge, which I chose based purely on reviews. This place is a gem. The location is perfect--secluded and quiet, but 3-5 minute walk to the bus, grocery stores (2), Walgreens, and the best coffee shop in Phoenix. The staff is excellent. Super nice, and they really know what they're doing (which is not common). The maintenance has always been same day (even on weekends). Two pools that are always cleaned. And the other tenants are mostly professionals, family, so there's never any noise problem. If this sounds too good to be true, it's not. I've lived in some alright places in LA, Chicago and Oregon. But for the same rent, this place goes way beyond those. It's good knowing that you won't be looking to move three months after moving in.

This is OBVIOUSLY the complex writing the review themselves. Look how they rebutted everything in the negative comment below.
Take ANY of the positives here and assume they are FALSE. IT is obvious by the terms used and the wording that they are created by someone in the industry. A "GEM" it is not. Look at the other APTS in the area. Mostly negatives - why? because people log on to here to complain, NOT to praise - well except for the staff employed by the complex.

Well, sorry to disappoint, and sorry you had a bad experience, but I am a tenant with no other connection to the place. I used these sites to find Eastridge, so I consider them very valuable, that's why I posted. I'm sure there are some other good places, but this place has one of the highest reviews, and it's not from the staff writing reviews.
Yeah, I rebutted most of what the review below says, because I've had a totally opposite experience. I would guess the other person handled their situation poorly and so disinclined the staff to work with them. But the staff here are great. In fact, as far as I'm aware, they mostly live here, too. That's a plus.
Sure, most people write reviews to complain, but most of those people probably didn't pay rent on-time or feel they're the "victim" (probably first time college-aged renters). I sincerely do think this place is the best deal in Tempe/Mesa, unless you want to go over $1000. Even then, I have friends paying $950 who have basically my same set-up.
