Managment is horrible they don't help out at all and they are pretty much useless. I left out of town and paid the rent in full for all me and my roomates since we make one check and they were going to evict us for because they said we owed $900. I called and no one picked up. I sent my girlfriend over to talk to them and they yelled at her saying she didn't live there. So finally I called her and had her hand them the phone. They had thought that I had payed 3 months advance on the check even though I put a note in with the check. Also, when I moved out they said not to worry about the carpet because they were replacing it. It wasn't in bad shape either. Then over the summer they tried to charge us $2000 dollars for new carpet saying it needed to be payed for. Even though they were remodeling and replacing it with hard wood floors. which we went to the apartment to see for ourselves. Really crazy of them. Bad place noise is horrible and management even worse. Can't have guests inside the complex because they will get towed and also don't give guest parking they said the street is guest parking. even though you have a better chance of getting struck by lightning than finding a parking spot on the street. And if you do it will probably get hit or vandalized. Since my girlfriend parked out there she had two cars hit her and some drunk ass rip her passenger side mirror off. A bad place to live with a horrible management don't move in or get out as fast as you can.
