Overall it was a nice place to live. It was really quite at first, but lately some loud people have moved in. My apartment was nice because it was upstairs from the laundry room, so i had no downstairs neighbors. It was also right in front of the pool and next to the mailbox. The bad thing was that I could hear people slamming the door to the laundry room, even late at night. It's a pretty small apartment complex and they keep it looking nice usually. The gate seems to be broken a lot, and I didn't like that there is only one entrance/exit. I like that it was gated, but you have to pay for the extra remotes for the gate. Also, my friend's car was broken into once and his stereo was stolen. Other than that I didn't have any more problems. I usually didn't have problems finding parking, but we have no assigned parking spaces. The pool is in the middle and it is really shallow (only 4feet). The jacuzzi is nice though. The office staff usually answers your calls the same or next business day. I did ask them to fix my broken closet door and it broke again, but it's not really their fault. The apartment is a good size. I like the layouts. However the appliances such as the microwave are a little old. They are doing a lot of landscaping to make them look nicer.
