I love this apartment, I've lived here for over a year, and recently renewed my lease. Gloria, the manager, keeps the grounds beautiful and the maintenance man Roberto is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The pool is always clean, the grounds are and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place in Tempe and near ASU. I guaruntee that you will not find a better place to live for the price!
