This is the best experince that I have ever had living in a apt. complex. Gloria Lattin has turned the landscape into a garden paradise, always maintained and beautiful! Her customer service is absolutley outstanding, and she is also very personable with all of her tenants.The pool and hot tub are always clean,I have never had a problem with the gate in,the complex itself IS the BEST neighborhood within our neighbor hood!You will never find a cleaner place to reside, with a better landlord/property manager than here. If you are looking for an apt in Tempe,AZ , El Diablo Apts is the complex that you want to choose!

Hey guys, I'm really thinking about coming to check these out. I am moving from out-of-state and I heard this area is pretty rough crime-wise. Do you have an opinion about that? thank you for posting these, they are very helpful

To Anonymous: This area does see quite a bit of crime but also keep in mind that it's a college area; near any college campus you will likely see a rise in crime in that area. El Diablo is gated though and I lived there for 2 years and never felt unsafe. There is ample lighting throughout the complex and staircases are well lit as well. Honestly, this is a really great apartment complex and the landlord cares a lot about the place.
