Gloria is the best. She's a huge sweetheart, always worked hard to keep the place up (gorgeous plants, clean pool, working grills) and really went the extra mile to be my friend, not just my landlady. I lived here two years and I couldn't have asked for a better place to be -- it's always quiet, very rarely noisy and right across from the bus stop and lightrail.. best kept secret in tempe if you ask me
