Not a bad place to live as far as location.

It's across the street from University of Phoenix and right behind a Walmart Supercenter.

You can walk to lots of places to eat or shop and it's on a bus route!

Maintenance is slow but just be persistant.

Some people on here complained about roaches but I have NEVER seen any and I have kids! This really is an alright place to live.

There may be better, but there is most definintely worse! The staff here is very nice and try to be helpful.

I have seen security people patrolling the property which is more than I can say for lots of other properties.
