In my opinion in order to have lush landscaping, safety and security, and a home you can be proud of, you need good office staff who ACTUALLY care, and Maintinence who ACTUALLY know how to fix things. Elliot Point has niether. The whole staff needs to be cleared and they need to start fresh. The office staff must care about the tenants and at least TRY to be helpful. Maint. needs to care about the grounds, pool, and take pride in thier work. In short, Elliot Point needs an ENIMA!
