I have lived here for 5 years. After a rough beginning, when the keys they gave me did not open the apartment door and it took them more than a day to actually get me into my apartment, all was well. It was quiet, well kept up, and the staff were helpful.

That was until about 1 1/2 years ago, when the maintenace crew began to not respond, and the staff would claim they lost the request for maintenance. The corridors are now lined with tenants leaving their garbage outside their doors, there is a layer of dirt so thick it leaves footprints, the light bulbs are never replaced and the ceiling is peeling and dropping debris.

The work out room is small, and the majority of the equipment has been broken for years.

They are also getting more and more college students with the specials they run. These students have NO RESPECT for anyone else living there. They are loud and obnoxious, and the office staff will not do anything about it.

I'm currently trying to find a better place to live...I want out...so I can't recommend this property.
