Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
We have lived here for over two years and are only moving because we are relocating to another state. If they had an Elliot's Crossing there we'd live there too. However, the first year we lived on the ground floor with very noisy neighbors, and at the 3rd floor apartments we've waited 17 months for a screen door and a bedroom window screen. They said they were on order or hard to get blah blah blah. We've asked for our hallway light to be replaced for about a month now (it's very unsafe)- "light bulbs are on order"- I'll go get one at Home Depot if you need me to... Our car was broken into but it is Phoenix after all. We consider ourselves lucky. I am very impressed to see the letter from the management most other listings have phoney anonymous cheery postings. Otherwise parking is decent, grounds are awesome (park like), people are pretty quiet, laundry is very clean and well maintained, the staff is very nice but 2 person maintenance staff may be overburdened ('), thick walls, very little crime for the city, over all a very good value.
