Overall the apartment is not worth the hassle and money!

You have to pay $20 to park under a veranda style covered parking spot, not even a garage space. And on top of that the management is not very knowlegable enough to inform new tenants that they can be towed for parking in "unassigned" parking spots that are not being rented. There is not sufficient un-covered parking avaliable for those that don't want to or can not afford to pay for covered parking.
