Not bad for the money

I lived at EC back when I was in grad school at ASU (about 4 years ago). I must say that I was happy with where I lived and always got a speedy response when I had ANY sort of issue (maintenance or neighbor). I would recommend it to anyone who needs a clean, affordable place to live.
