It works GREAT for me!!!!!

I have lived here for 2 years, and it works great for me. It is clean, quiet, and adequate.
Office staff is helpful and cheery and fiendly.
Parking is not a problem,...I quit whininig, paid my $20 and now I have my own covered, reserved spot. If someone else parks in it, management has always been helpful in remedying the problem.
In the 2 years that I have lived here, I have had my fair share of service request. They have had the same maintenance guys for the entire time that I have lived here. They are all real friendly, and have almost allways resolved my problems within 24 hours.
(i.e. new kitchen faucet, new bathroom sink, new garbage disposal, and new air conditioner, however they fixed the AC unit 3 times before they replaced it.) If I had been a homeowner, these services would have cost me a fortune!!!
I know most of the staff by name, and they all seem to go out of their way to help me whenever I ask.
I LIKE living here, and I have no intention of moving in the very near future.
