Ok so if you look anything out of normal, expect to get screwed over. We lived there for a friking year. So when we moved in the walls had damage, the carpets looked like utter ----, and the main bathroom, tiles were popping off the damn wall! We noted all of this on that stupid sheet of discprepancies and when we moved out, they reported us to a collection agency! Why? The ----- that wrote our address on the f-ing lease, magically lost it. We asked for proof that they had to replace all the carpets and do major repairs. Of course when the information is needed in actual writing and paper work, things magically disappear. I would not live there if I were a city bum. I dont know how we managed a year in the coach roach ville. The walls are paper thin, forget privacy, you hear the people fight, screw, throw parties across the three foot hall! As for the special folks running around, dont expect to be left alone. You cant check your mail without being harrassed, no fault of their own, but someone should be watching them. The only person in that damned place that gives a flying FU** about anything is the maintanence man, hes pretty f-ing chill. He will help you in anyway and seems to be constantly running about trying to get stuff done. Dont do it, dont sign their lease, they over charge for crap and will get you for it later. oh yeah, parking, dont do anything, there are like 6 open spots on one side, and people do not hesitate to tow you or slash your tires... vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
