It's in a great location-close to just about everything you need! We do get T1 internet connection-just because that's what we ordered from our company. I wish we could get the local channels without having to buy an antennae. The people are friendly..we got a great price on the lease! The only thing wrong is that we turned in a few things before we moved in to get fixed and they said they'd get right on it, but they haven't yet.
