I could kick myself in the butt for paying so much money for a small apartment that's not so fantastic. After marrying, I relocated to Arizona with my new husband. I immediately wanted to move after experiencing certain issues at Elliot's Crossing. The walls and ceilings are EXTREMELY thin! I could hear people next door using the restroom and was awaken SEVERAL times from the insomniac on the floor above. No matter how clean of a person you are, you will have an infestation of roaches and water bugs in your apartment.
At one time, it was a pleasant environment until a new management company took over. The rent increased dramatically and the staff changed slightly. I loved the old staff because they truly cared about their tenants. The new/current staff could give a rat's behind about anyone living there or what goes on. I'm glad that I only lived there for a few months and was able to find a better apartment with staff who cares and at a reasonable price. Don't waste your money!
