Although it's not brand new, (which I prefer), I have never had an issue that was not addressed in a very reasonable amount of time. I've lived in MANY apartments, but this is the first one that management is ON TOP of everything. From having cars towed in my space, to hot water, to repairs. Always professional. Many a time I've had issues late at night, phoned emergency maintenance, at within minutes, they are at my door. Best management and attention I've ever had. Aptartments are SPACIOUS, and so very reasonable. For location, amazingly quiet. I was born and raised five minutes from here, and there is no other place to live than Tempe. This complex is close to EVERYTHING! Good job, Fernwood, and keep up the good work, all of you!!

Why is it that all the good responses do not adress all the bad issues. I dont know what matainance you had come but they never fix anything on the first try. Eliminate Roseanne and her slutty sidekick Nina and more than half of the problems would leave too. Rose anne you need to tell your family to quit making up reviews to save your job. Frank save your complex, boot Rose anne.
