I have lived here for many years, but I moved because I was fed up with this place. Hot and/or all water is turned off for at least one full day every two-four weeks because pipes are old and they will not replace them. Roof is being replaced on all units, but only because they were told they are a fire hazard. Maintenance requests take days, sometimes a week, to be addressed. People consistently work on their cars at all hours of the night but since security was discontinued, there isn't much you can do about it.
