Years at this apartment: 1992 - 2004
 

I have lived here for many years, but I moved because I was fed up with this place.

Hot and/or all water is turned off for at least one full day every two-four weeks because pipes are old and they will not replace them.

Roof is being replaced on all units, but only because they were told they are a fire hazard.

Maintenance requests take days, sometimes a week, to be addressed.

People consistently work on their cars at all hours of the night but since security was discontinued, there isn't much you can do about it.

Cars are stolen or broken into every month.
