I was first tempted to move-in to these apartments by the price which was incredibly reasonable, but I was convinced after taking a tour and seeing the spacious apartments. They rooms are HUGE and the grounds are beautiful. There are many trees so its very shady and cool- a must for Arizona. The tenants and maintenace crews keep the place very nice, which I'm sure is mainly due to the staff who seem to keep on top of everything and are very friendly.
