If you live in Phoenix, you've heard of this complex.
It's the one on the news where the elderly couple were assaulted in their apartment.
Both are still in the hospital.
Complex management knew about first break-in (yes, this happened TWICE to the same couple).
Did absolutely nothing to help the couple.
Did absolutely nothing to warn other residents, not even a note on doors saying there had been suspicious activity on premises and to keep an eye out.
So second break-in happened.
The couple (both in the 80s) were badly, horribly assaulted.
Once again, management did NOTHING except send a note around saying to keep your doors and windows locked.
Thats great, except the couple DID have their doors and windows locked; the person broke in.
We've had many cars stolen or vandalized, some assaults, but management did nothing then either.
No wonder something this horrible happened, the complex was an easy mark.
Occupancy at complex is below 50% now, after current leases are up I guarantee you it will be much, much lower.
Management couldn't care less.
Do not, I repeat DO NOT move here.
There are much safer places with caring management for the same $$.

thats true, my friend was raped by a man in these apts, and she lives here to, manager said she cant post something she doesnt know 1st hand...ok ----- we will have ur --- raped, then u can tell people...is that what you want. im 16 years old, lived here for like 5 years and i hate um. Seriously, dont move heree if u care about you and your kids, and your family, so Not a safe place to live!!! and we need a new manager, shes a total -----..biotch
