I have lived in many apartments and this is the worse manager I have had to deal with. She is rude-ondescending-and get everything in writing. Otherwise it will change on an hourly basis. It would not be so bad if you could avoid dealing with her - Except her help is just as slow and unhelpful as her! The fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom sold me on the apt - and the size. After being here a week you realize everything is covered in cheap and poorly maintained covering that chips off. The stove is old, the fridge leaks, and the water is turned of too frequently for my liking. I would keep looking - free electric is great, but not worth dealing with her!!!!!
