Managment lies, levies fines falsely, this place is run worse than a tenement

The day we came to see Fernwood, we were treated very well.

The honeymoon was over the minute the lease was signed.

The office staff lies to tenants, and lie for one another to cover the lies they told previously.

The air conditioning is marginal on it's BEST day, and outright outages and failures are not even a surprise any longer.

Maintenance issues are never done right the first, second, or third time...and then only cobbled together.

The Manager is rude, and abusive, and gossips about one tenant to another.

She acts like they are doing the tenant a favor by taking our money.

They fail to realize we are paying a price for a service, and not providing that service is tantamount to stealing in my humble opinion.

Our lease is up and we are GONE.
