When I was relocating to Az 4 yrs ago, I saw several appartment communities so I would have a good comparison. Fernwood was one of my top 3 when I shorten my list. I am so pleased that I decided on Ferwood Manor!!! Evertything from the staff (Rosanne and Nina) to the grounds technicians. I have not had any major complaint since I have lived there. I have even had 2 family members to move in and are still there. I am getting ready to sign my 5 lease and I tell people how will never leave!!
