The apartments are ok if you dont mind a few roaches, rotted cabinets, cars getting broken into, Crappy repairs and most of all the horrible management. Rose is by far the most unhappy shrew of a woman. Her unprofesionalism is unmatched in arizona. She has her right hand man nina to back her up when rose isnt in the office. i would rather be living in the streets, its probably safer and nicer. Dont move in here if you have good rental history cause you after you been evicted out
