Roaches, geckos, crickets, and other pests greeted me upon moving into an apartment here. Management insisted I had a phobia about bugs when pest exterminators failed to resolve the problem - after 3 full pest control sprayings. The pest control issues were NEVER resolved. Only the passing of summer and the arrival of relatively cool weather abated the pests.
Rather that resolve maintenance issues, they get ANGRY that a tenant had the temerity to mention any. Mostly they IGNORE requests for maintenance.
They also LIE often.
There is onlyONE washer and ONE dryer for the approximately 2 dozen units. Worse, they NEVER clean the laundry room. It reeks like urine, spider cob webs abound. Needless to say, I stopped using the on site laundry facilities.
While it s true the location is great, especially for ASU students, keep in mind its adjacent to RAIL ROAD tracks! Two trains pass nightly. Usually around 2am and 5am - but not always and sometimes there is only 1 nightly train. Either way, expect to be awakened by the roaring siren of the approaching freight trains.

How did this person not know the train was close and why did you move in..and if you saw the bugs while moveing in did you not see them while touring the unit...I toured a unit on 3/15/09 thats why I am checking it on here..the laundry was clean and I seen NO BUGS and they didnt hide them rail road tracks...I think the place offers a good bang for the buck
