I lived here for 11 mos and couldn't wait til my lease was up! This place was so noisy it was unbelievable! My upstairs neighbors sounded like they were rolling a bowling ball across the floor at 3 AM. The next door neighbors' personal problems were not ignorable. And I had to call the police twice due to noise in the courtyard or parking lot.

The pool area was usually occupied by groups of people with bottles of alcoholic beverages---which was not only usually a noise disturbance, but dangerous. The management stated they had very little control, if any, over this situation although there were signs posted in the pool area prohibiting the use of alcohol there.

The information I had received about the complex before I relocated there from out-of-state was also erroneous. The bedrooms were depicted as having ceiling fans, so I left my portable fans behind, only to get there and discover that only the connections for ceiling fans existed. I was also told the complex was on a busline going to ASU, which was an important consideration, and that was not the case either.

My assigned parking spot was next to a carport support post. The car to my right was parked so close that I had to park so that my door hit the support post whenever I opened it, causing damage to my vehicle.

The single good thing I can say about this complex is that when I first moved in the office staff was great, but after the new manager came, things went downhill. Overall I would only recommend this complex to those that live a wild, noisy lifestyle!
