Finisterra was the first apartment I have lived in, and overall I was pleased with the experience. The apartments are nice, the appliances are good, and you get celing fans in all the bedrooms. Sometimes it's a little noisy, but what apartment complex isn't' The grounds are very well kept, and the few maintenence requests we had were handeled quickly and professionaly. The only real problem was that the water was turned off a few times without the residents being notified and that was a a little bit of a hassle. The office staff is pretty nice, parking is good..I've never had any problems with theft or vandalism and they are really good about keeping other people out of your parking spot. The price is a lot for an apartment, we are moving because we found a bigger apartment for less money, but considering the location, it's fair.
