STAY AWAY! Management are Idiots!

I lived here for a year with my roommate. They gave us a great deal when we moved in and now we know why! Ridiculous fees. Pay your rent on the second, BAM, $125 in fees right off the bat. Doesn't matter if this is the only time in 12 months you paid late (and only because it was an oversight). Next day you have an eviction letter. We have been out for over a month and they said we owe them now another $171 in fees and try to justify $25 for cleaning the fridge, $25 for cleaning the microwave, $50 for cleaning the guest bathroom and we did all this before we left. STAY AWAY. I AM TELLING YOU STAY AWAY!
