This place is very over priced, you can get a comparable apartment for at least $100 less a month in nearby areas. The management is not very good here. They don't have enough people in the office most of the time to help you. They are good at getting things fixed but if they categorize your need as a "minor" you could wait a month or more. One month the office closed early (because of Halloween) on the day rent was due but they refused to accept rent the very next morning without a late fee.

All in all, we were really unhappy living here esp. for the price. Luckily we had a short term lease and even though we had to move after 7 months, it was worth it to get out of there.

It is nice but they desperately need a new manager in this place.
