Avoid this place!

As the previous reviewer stated this complex is somewhat overpriced. It looks very nice and they keep the grounds in nice shape, but once you move in you realize it isn't the greatest place in the world to live.
My wife and I were literally counting down the days until we got to move out. To start things off, our neighbors were very noisy with their music and the enormous amount of visitors they had over to their place. Management's response: As long as they pay their rent there is nothing we can do. I think it more like they don't want to do anything if they are getting their rent.
The second thing that really bothered us, was the delay in getting something fixed after we complained about it. Our garbage disposal was not working and we were told "non-emergency" type maintenance would be performed within 1 - 2 weeks of the initial complaint.
The management seems very inexperienced. I would highly suggest skipping over this complex which looks nice, but is definitely not a nice place to call home.
