That's putting it lightly! When I first moved in I thought it was great....great location,nice people etc. Boy was I ever wrong. After a year I noticed that a dark cloud (without a silver lining) loomed over the complex....like 20 illegals living in 1 apartment with at least 1/2 of them being kids....the construction of this place is spit & chewing gum.....walls so thin you can hear your neighbors having sex.....floors so thin even a childs walk can sound like thunder....drugs are sold ALL over that place...then there's the safety issues. The gates are always broken, the "security guard" is always asleep in his car...that is if one ever shows up. I know of at least 13 cars in the last 8 months that have been stolen, 2 in broad daylight. This of course pales in comparison to the 3 rapes in the last year at this complex. How is that safe' Parking is horriffic if you live in the front 1/2 of the property and you're most likely to have your car taken. And then there's the office folk. Ahhh yes the people who sell you a lie! The Manager when I was there is a BI***. She had nno idea what she was doing, was not professional in any manner, was rarely there and even if she was she "had to research it" and never got back to you. She was always in a bad mood and was not even civil to residents. Some blonde that worked there was always moody to. She looked down her nose at you and made you feel like you were inconveniencing her. Maintenance was okay...as long as they liked you. If not your problems waited for better than a week. My advice.....live anywhere BUT here. A motel 6 room will be a better deal even in the worst part of town.
