I lived here for 13 months. When we first got there everything great, the apartment was very nice and spacious. We had a few things that needed to be fixed in the apartment and maintenance came to fix them but didn't do a very good job. There were a few sexual assaults of the grounds, one happening in the apartment downstairs from us. Half of the time someone would park in our assigned parking space. Our last month there we received a letter stating that we were too loud, threw bottles all over the place and if it didn't stop we would be kicked out. Between my roommate and boyfriend we rarely threw parties and were not loud. We all worked different shifts and had to be quite for the others in the house. Someone made an anyomous complaint. Everyone else around us would throw parties and all that.
