Finesterra is a ridiculous Apartment complex and most of it's reviews are thoroughly explained in other reviews, read those as well and you'll know why it's so bad. I go to ASU and I'm originally from the southside of Chicago and NEVER gotten anything stolen from me. I've lived at Finesterra from August until now which is March and I've gotten my stereo pulled from my car TWICE. The first time it happened I was parked outside the wonderous "gate" that only works on one side sometimes. My passenger side window was smashed to pieces and my car was left with no stereo, thank god nothing else was stolen. I called the cops, and all they did was write a report. Granted, I left my faceplate on, which was stupid, but still, it's ridiculous. So after that, it happen again, just yesterday actually, I got my new stereo put in about a month ago, and I lock my doors ALL the time, and they still got in, took my stereo and some CD's and also a duffle bag in my trunk. The parking here is also extremely ridiculous, I live in this apartment with two other people in a three bedroom apartment, and sometimes we can't park in a spot close to our own apartment because random people show up and park there for days. The office people are no help whatsoever and are really stupid. After my stereo was stolen they had an anti-theft meeting, which doesn't help anyway, because half the people living in the complex are teh ones doing all the stealing. At first I thought GUADALUPE was doing the damage, but actually it may be the people in my own complex! RIDICULOUS! Don't rent here, it's way too expensive for what the apartment is really worth. Anyway, I'm done with this crap, I'm going back to Chicago because of my experience here, TEMPE NEXT TO GUADALUPE IS TERRIBLE, be cautious.
