after one day of being late with rent you get an eviction notice and several phone calls about when you are going to pay rent. Plus after five days I owed another 200 dollars in fees and it just keeps adding up.
A group of 12 just moved out from below me that were up all night and constantly heard kids screaming , slamming doors and selling stolen products.

Every community charges late fees and attorney fees. Pay your rent on time loser.... As for your neighbors, did you call the cops? If you didn't, then what are you bitching about?

Every community charges late fees but I've never lived in a place where the staff is actually happy when they give them to you...its the only time I saw them smile!! Out of town and miss your rent by one day...who cares pay up buster. As for calling the cops...no need just walk down the parking lot and talk to them in person. They are usally there.
