Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
So my fiance and I moved into our one bed room one bath(649sq ft) just before Thanksgiving and so we got a deal where it was 711.58 after tax.Pretty good to me but if we hadnt gotten the deal it would be to much for the size were in...to me atleast.
We have not had any issues except a stopped up bathroom sink that was an easy fix with some chemicals from the store.And as for the staff they have ALWAYS been nice to us.Never had any issues with our car being parked under the cover or not under it and the cops come by to check the area very often which makes me feel safe.
I have seen a few people post horrible reviews about my apartments but so far I dont have any issues at all.Aside from the insulation sucks when its cold its cold and when its hot its hot.its all depending on the outside air.Oh and our upstair neighbors freakin stomp ALL THE TIME ALL HOURS OF THE DAY...but thats their fault not the apt.
But so far so good!
