I have never had any problems with my community. I first moved into a 2bdrm, I loved it there. I have 3 kids, and my husband is in the Navy and was based in SD, so... since he was released to shore duty for 3 years, he came back to AZ to be with us. So, that's when we transferred to a 3bdrm. I had no problems in the 2bdrm whatsoever. And the 3bdrm we're in now, we love it. The maintenance is quick to come fix requests. The maintenance staff are all really nice. The office staff, although I haven't really got to know them personally, they all are nice when I do go to the office. As someone said before, I did notice the 2LCS's were gone. I didn't know they were stolen, but that is a shame. I workout alot in there, and yes, sometimes the treadmill is broken, but they added a new one while they fixed it. Although it is broken again =( I'm not worried. I was here when they added the free weight set, and soon enough, people were stealing them from the gym as well. The parking is great as well. I never use my own parking spot, just cause its a bit far from my apt, but, there is alot of uncovered parking spaces so its never been a problem. The grounds are well kept, and overall its been a great experience to stay here. I've rented apts ever since I lived in the valley, and this so far is the best.
