This is one apartment I will gladly walk away from. Incompetent staff, closed pool facilities, police in the parking lot, items stolen from patio, and bug problems are what I never want to be apart of again.

One year ago September left a decent apartment to come to Finisterra because I liked the location and I thought the rent was resonable. My best moment in this apartment are now spent talking to neighbors that are waiting for their time to move out.

Granted I may have gotten a bad experience - but thats what I am sharing here - my personnel bad experience.

i lived there approx a yr ago also. i hated the way management treated me after your name is on the dotted line. at that time, there was a huge problem with stray cats. we had a cat climb the tree nest to the balcony and bother me house cat. i reported it but it didn't do any good. could not wait until the lease was up
