Keep looking, do not rent in this complex. The staff are completely incompetent, maintenance is always half-a** and takes 3 weeks to fix stuff. Returning black mold, bugs, water problems, INSANE electric bills. Total rip-off, way overpriced for cheap construction / crappy location. 80% Indian residents, not a bad thing, just not very social. The property manager, Ray Gonzales is a complete jerk. If you have an issue, count on him lying and that he will totally ignore your concerns. 14 months of being totally unsatisfied with my housing. Junk equipment in the fitness room, charcoal grills.

Wow, thanks for that review. The other day, we walked into the lobby and weren't greeted nor acknowledge even after several minutes. Horrible customer service, and she (apt chick) couldn't care less about our business. Hence, we're still searching!!
