i would say that overall Foxfire was a good choice for the last year ive spent there. I havent had many problems, and most that i did were quickly addressed... but that is not to say that my stay was without complaint. my apartment flooded in the kitchen twice in one month, my shower leaks mold/insulation out of one of the corners everytime i have it on, and i dont see half as many college kids as i expected for how close it is to ASU. the benefits outweigh the negatives though. Rebecca in the office is absolutely amazing. (i would stretch to say i picked foxfire in large part because of her) and also the rooms are huge for how low the rent is in comparison to the other rip off apartments aimed at suckering in college kids and their parents money. foxfire has been very good to me, and i would suggest it to others for sure because you cant beat the price or the fantastic location!
