We are concerned for our residents and want them all to stay. We have several who have been here many years. Our grounds are picked up on a daily basis and flyers are taken off the vacancies, which we rarely have. Sometimes residents leave for awhile and don't tell us; therefore flyers may be on their door, we also try to remove them if there for more than 2 days. Also, we are working on people delivering those flyers, which are not allowed. I apologize for any inconvenience that the repair or construction people had caused the residents. If you have any suggestions what we could do to make this a better place for you, please stop by the office and let us know. We are here to help.
And as far as past reviews, we have no way of deleting them. I have only heard on one resident who has had this issue, not five. I don t know what you would like us to do about it. I suggest staying with your laundry if you are having issues with it.
Now with vandalism, as some of you may be aware Arizona is one of the top states for vandalism or theft with cars. I can tell you from experience that Fox Fire does not have very many issues compared to other apartments. Maybe you should look at the police websites on crime and see where we stand

What a surprise, one of the managers recommends the property! I'm shocked! Did you think that when you clicked the little box next to "I certify I am not an employee or contractor for this community or any other community.", that it didn't apply to you? You should be ashamed of yourself. I think even less of the new management now that they would stoop to this.

It looks very poorly on prospective tenants (such as myself) to see management tooting their own horn. My current apartment (The Villas... also a Tempe apartment complex close to ASU) has a whole slew of posts on here with managment making it sound amazing. I have no respect for it. None what so ever. You want to respond? FIX THE PROBLEMS so people post REAL good reviews.
