Avoid like STDs!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I am a current resident and am counting the days until my lease is up!!!! 2 more weeks. When I frist came to this place I was excited to move in here because I saw nothing but good reviews and the "prefect" place to live. Little did I know hwo big of a scam it was. All the good reveiws came from old management. It turns out that right when I moved here it changed hands. This new management lies more than a two cent hooker on the street corner. I have had two of my cars broken into and one of my bikes stolen. This has cost me about 1500 dollars. For as much as i'm paying in stolen property I could have got a better appartment.
I've seen circle K's more secure this place. Almost every gate can be open with a finger instead of a key, which doesn't matter since the managment put door stops on them and they're constantly open. Twice this year the brick wall has been knocked down and it took management almost a month each time to fix. When I questioned managment about how they were knocked down they told me that "a kid ran into it while playing football" This is compleelty bull since noone has ever spent more than 2 min in the parking lot much less play football. The way the bricks feel to the other side of the wall means that someone was jumping the wall and it collapsed. Funny since the night before a car was broken into. The managment is too stupid to put two and two together or just doesn't want to spend the money.
About two months ago they said they were going to get a security watchman. That was just another trick to shut residents up until the next break in. I haven't heard anything about a watchman since then.
I agree with everyone else that says the model they show is nothing like the apartment your goign to get. Make sure you see the real one. The construction looks as if 10 year olds built a play house.
I think it's also messed up how half the parking lot and landscaping is torn up to fix some gas lines and the managment never even told us about any of the construction.
It seems like the managment spends all of it's money on curb appeal. They have landscapers come atleast twice a week to maintain the place. They come at like 8 in the morning which is sweet in a college community. Even with all this it still looks like an ugly retirment community. Chop down the 100 trees they have and put the money to use to protect it's resisdents!
I strongly suggest to avoid this place. Unless you have an extra couple thousand dollars to spend each month on stolen things. Also, if your idea of a great saturday night is beign raped by a stranger, this is the place for you!
P.S. Don't let the hot blonde manager trick you into renting the place.
