When I went to talk to the apartment conplex they said that they could not give me the length of lease needed because they had too many already but the said that I could do a lease that was one month sorter. After this I could comtinue my lease month to month with a $100 premium. As I lived there everything was ok nothing special, when this broke they got fixed for the most part usually a shotty job but they were fixed.

As we came to the end of our lease we recieved a paper in the mail stating that if we wanted to extend our lease it would be a $200 charge! So we showed them that the lease stated that it would be a $100 charge. As son as they saw this they pointed to a section about the pool and office hours and a claus that states that they can change there polices at any time. Policies do not change the terms of the contract! After my lawyers went back and forth with theirs, they finally said "Our lawyer just went on vacation so we will give it to you for one month" How convenient of him, even though he had been involved up to that point.

So before we moved out we scrubbed the entire place down, even shampooed the carpets. When we turned in the keys we were told that we would be recieving our deposit in 4-6 weeks. So I made sure that they had the right address and left.

Well it has been about 2.5 months now and I still have not recieved a deposit back. So I called and they said they mailed a $21.85 check to an address that was not even the right one. When I asked why the amount was far less then the deposit they said that the apartment was not clean!

the moral of the story is that this place will screw you over in the end and take every penny they can. Beware when renting.
