The management doesn't tell us when they're doing construction on parking lots, they take forever to fix things, and the apartments are outfitted with ancient appliances like the dishwasher in my apartment. It's broken a good seven times wince my roommate moved in, and two or three times since I moved in. The gates don't work a good chunk of the time, and I don't feel safe tasking the trash out when I get home after work at night. Not to mention that there are residents who have loud parties at night and when I get home after working all night, I want to sleep not listen to them playing rock band and sing star.
